My Design Process

Design thinking is an iterative process of design-based activities to solve problems in a collaborative, human-centered way. Every project requires a unique approach. Below is the high level representation of my process to help better understand What I do, Why I do and How I approach and solve a problem to achieve desired results.
Empathize

Understand the problem to solve, engage and empathize with users, their needs and problems by conducting user interviews, market research to gain knowledge about the problem.

Define

Organise the information gathered, analyze observations with team to define the core problem, define problem statements focussed on the user needs rather than business goals.

Ideate

Explore different ways to address user needs. Collect as many ideas as possible, brainstorm a wide variety of ideas, bring in the entire team's perspectives, insights and experiences.

Prototype Designer
Prototype

Create low fidelity wireframe design concepts, with realistic representation of the solution that allows understanding of what works and doesn't work.

UX
Test, Iterate & Deliver

Testing phase is part of interactive cycle. Get feedback from real users, empathize and understand how users interact with the product. Learn how difficult or easy it is to perform a task.
Evaluate the results with stakeholders, iterate, create design specifications and deliver.
